The Phoenix Gay Men’s Chorus (PHXGMC) is dusting off their cowboy boots and getting ready to bring a sparkling, boot-scootin’ celebration of country music to the stage. On June 6-7 at Tempe Center for the Arts, we’re throwing the biggest, boldest, most fabulous hoedown you’ve ever seen—Rhinestone Rodeo!  Country Music, But Make It PHXGMC

Country music has always been about heart, storytelling, and resilience—and Rhinestone Rodeo is here to prove that queer voices belong in that story, too. This isn’t just a concert—it’s a joyful, high-energy, harmony-filled tribute to the music that moves us.

Expect big vocals, big personalities, and even bigger hair as PHXGMC takes on beloved country anthems from legends like Dolly Parton, Miranda Lambert, Orville Peck, and more—all with a little extra rhinestone-studded flair. And if that wasn’t enough, we’ve got drag darlings Moxi and Penni Cillin hosting the show, making sure this rodeo is as fabulous as it is fun.
